I am writing the 2 lines to you in Italian, the language of my heart and I am writing them to you with pleasure. I am also in e-commerce and I know how easy it is to receive reproaches/criticism today but difficult to be gratified when things are done well and with the Heart. My experience with PHŒHN began a bit by chance, sponsored Instagram advertising, Maxine & Elisa's speech fascinates me, they tell a beautiful story, you can feel that they are real people and their story comes from the heart, I naturally and simply signed up for the presale of the first "Cobalt" collection. A few weeks later I receive the email telling me that the pre-sale is available, I jump in, I would like to buy but shipping to France is not accepted on the phoehn.com website... I could have left it alone but I wrote to customer service and Maxine was fantastic, solved the problem in less than 48 hours (small IT problem related to DHL), responsiveness, effectiveness and kindness... everything I love. I'm not going to give you a poem, but, long story short, today I receive my package and everything is fantastic, a truly unique scented candle for its fragrance, craftsmanship and elegance. Result: I ordered 3 more to give as gifts to my colleagues 🩷. I am proud (in my small way) to support Italian traders and artisans because we deserve it, in a world of Asian invasion with cheap and toxic products, there are still too few of us who have chosen to go against the current and offer authentic Made in Italy craftsmanship So here, keep going!
