Shipping policy

DELIVERY & RETURNS

At PHOEHN we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below.

All ITALY orders are delivered using Poste Italiane, fully tracked. European and international orders are delivered via DHL Express.

We ship to most territories in North America, Central and South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific – Enter your country at ‘Checkout’ to verify the exact delivery status. Delivery times below are a guide and are subject to local customs clearing times.

DELIVERY

Each order is personal and unique and will take 3 days from order to pouring, curing and dispatch. Our delivery service only delivers Monday to Friday as standard.

 

ORDERS IN ITALY

We currently offer FREE Italian delivery using Poste Italiane. Standard delivery from 2-3 days.

If you order before 13:00 Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched 7 days later which gives us time to produce your individual candle, package and ship it.

Phoehn does not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third-party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, we will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.

 

ORDERS TO EU COUNTRIES

We deliver to International markets, using DHL, which can take between 3 and 5 working days from time of shipment. The shipping is free.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the nature of our product, we can ship anywhere in the world, and the shipping is free.

 

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the product has been opened or used.

However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.

You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility for the order until it arrives back to us. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.

We will take up to 7 days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
